Maison Xôi is our take on a traditional Vietnamese dish — xôi, or sticky rice.

Soft, slightly warm, and gently sweet, each bite is layered in texture — from the chew of the rice to the richness of coconut and the brightness of fresh toppings.

We prepare it fresh each day, combining familiar flavors with a more refined, modern presentation.

Maison Xôi is created by Trinh Nguyen, a product designer & chef born in the Netherlands with Vietnamese roots. With a focus on experience, detail, and simplicity, each serving is thoughtfully crafted so it tastes as good as it looks.

Xôi is traditionally enjoyed in the morning and early afternoon, but it can be enjoyed at any time.

Xôi can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature — perfect as a quick bite or a quiet moment during your day

Yes, you can place your order in advance. We prepare in small batches to keep everything fresh, so ordering ahead is recommended. 

To guarantee the quality of our products, we only sell a limit amount of "xoi" each day. We value quality over quantity.

We currently operate on a small, delivery & pickup-only basis within Gelderland, the Netherlands. A physical space is something we hope to welcome you to in the future.
